using 1 TS credit and 1 oop

I have read that while dining at a table service I can use 1 TS credit and 1 pay for 1 oops. Can I choose which meal to use the credit on(the more expensive one) and which one to pay for???I assumed I could do this but wasn't sure???

Yes, let the server know which meal will be on the dining plan and which will be OOP.
