USH First trip questions

I'm trying to plan our first trip to USH for March during spring break in AZ. I'm having a hard time deciding where to stay and ticket options. I want to go for two days in the parks but all the packages only offer one day tickets. Can I upgrade to a two day or season pass while we are there? Is the early entry to HP needed/worth it? I'm looking at the Safari Inn for our hotel, any thoughts?

Did you look at Undercover Tourist for tickets and package info?

I was only able to fit in one day last September and paid for early entry and express pass. The early entry was amazing but it wasn't crowded enough to need the express pass. Spring break will be wall to wall people and I'd highly recommend at least one day of express pass and early entry.

Since we stayed near DLR, I can't offer recommendations for a safe and close hotel
