USF/IOA Counter service operating hours

I am going to Universal from November 14 - 17, 2013. The operating hours for both parks are 9 - 7 PM. What will the hours be for counter service lunch/dinner? Will some close earlier than others? I'm familiar with staggered closing times at Magic Kingdom, where only Peco Bills and Cosmic Rays stay open until park closing. Does Universal do something similar? If so which counter service locations are open until park closing?

I hope that someone posts a list for you because a few of my favorite counter service places close quite early and it aggravates me. For example I love Thunder Falls Terrace but it always seems to be closed by 5.

Places close at various times.
Many counter service places will stop taking orders prior to park closings.

For those doing the old meal deal program, they stop honoring that program 30 minutes prior to park closing.

The rule of thumb has always been...food services close 30 minutes prior to park closing but I don't know if that's the rule any longer.
