used to get pins?

Has anyone used to get pins and then all of a sudden they stopped?

I got a couple of pins last year after I had already booked and then nothing for about a year...and then I followed the advice given here lately and got 2 pincodes within 5 days of each other. Who knows the way the mind of Disney works?
