Used Code APF But Was Overcharged

I booked my vacation online. I had magic your way base tickets for two days. Then I found the code to upgrade to free waterpark and parkhopper option. Which they did.
After talking with my DW we decided to add an extra day with the tickets. So that would be three days(which I was charged 136.00 for the extra day). Looking at the prices online it breaks down to basically 42.00 per person for a 3 day ticket plus the 13% tax. Which it should have been 95.00(since we had the free upgrade). But when I add the waterpark and park hopper options it comes out to 136.00 w tax. So does the APF code not apply since I added after I booked or should I call?

Did you maybe add the days after the code expired? Last year people who tried to make changes after one of the codes (can't remember which code) expired had their rates revert to the non-discounted rate.
I am not SURE that is what happened to you, but is it a possibility?

(I have no date/rate info in front of me...just a "thinking aloud" thing.)
