I have a trip planned for August. Is it too early to make a request?


We are staying at BLT and I think we would like to be on the same floor as the connection to the Contemporary.

I make our requests as soon as I know what they are and try to keep them fairly general like “high floor.” And while we’ve been disappointed we’ve never made an issue of it if we don’t get it. I email via the link on the member website.

The ones I was happiest to get were “view of quiet pool” and “traveling with” when we had two 2BR for a family trip in the days of RotR Boarding Groups. We were placed right next to each other, ground floor, at the end of the far back BWV hallway - so when our family got BG 2 one day and 10 the next, we were already halfway to DHS when we left the building.
