And I would like to go to disney in April 2006. I would like to try and stay at VWL with DS and DGS. The 7 month window would be September(05), correct. When can I use the 2007 points( use year Feb.). I also have 14pts leftover in my 06 alottment. Hope I explained this correctly. Also Easter in 06 is April 16th. I have a choice March 31st or April 28th. I'm leaning towards 3/31, what would you choose? I'm thinking end of March may be a tad cooler than end of April. I like end of April for the F&G but with DGS I think I'll probably be spending most of my time at MK(he will be almost 2). We are only going for 4 days . Hope you can help. Susan

In September, you can book the April visit with the '06 points you have available, and with '07 points that you are borrowing. You can borrow for that April ressie because you have a February use year and you are only borrowing from the "next" use year. The fact that you are making the ressie in September during your '05 use year does not come into play at all!

PS. I have not had nice weather in March, it was too cool to really swim and be enjoyable. This was around March 19th, that's the time I always have spring break. I would go later. This was a few years ago, and so we go for a long weekend in May now.

Bobbi, That's what I thought. Just wanted to make sure as I alway's seem to confuse MS when I try to explain myself. This will only be my 3rd ressie but I'm getting better(LOL), thanks to everyone's help. Susan

I think the weather can be quite changeable during March. My in-laws went during mid March in '97 or '98 and it was quite chilly and rainy. BIL told me they wore light jackets the whole time. We went March 30 to April 4 in '99 and it was sunny and quite hot (in the 80's and 90's). Go figure. I think you can be more sure of getting warmer weather the end of April, but there's a chance that the end of March will be warm as well.

II would go in April for several reasons.
1) The crowds should be lighter. March will have many "Spring Breakers"
2) The F&G fest
3) On May 1st the points go down, just a little but it helps stretch them.
4) The weather is more predictable, we were down this April/May and it was great. Mid 80s, LOW humidity and pleasant evening, upper 60s low 70s.


Which ever you choose, have a great trip!!!
