I am so frustrated right now. Just seeing if this happened to anyone and if it got resolved. I had 2 disney gift cards for $50 each that I got at target to apply to my vacation package. Went online to do it and I kept getting errors. Something's just not right with the site right now. So, I called disney and she was able to apply the first gift card no problem. Second card she put in, she told me it had a 0 balance.
After I got off the phone with her I went and checked the gift cards online. GC #1 that went through, went through at 4:01.GC #2 that I was told had a 0 balance actually went through at 4:02. Problem is I was never credited. I got the run around about who to call and was on the phone over 45 minutes to solve it.
Last conversation I had, guest services was hopeful that at midnight it would go through. They think it is just in limbo between the bank and processing. It's a disney gift card, so I hope that's right. Has anyone else had this problem? I was going to get 18 more gift cards this week to pay off my vacation by Thursday. I'm concerned about this happening again.
