Can I get some feedback or input from you seasoned DVCers, please?

I'm wantin' to vacation mostly in Sep, Oct 'n Nov at least once a year, maybe twice if I don't go earlier in the year for a coupla days. My plan is to buy points at that "home" resort and book at the 11 month window, but bank whatever I don't use inside the 8 month window.

Not knowin' whether the first month 'n last month of the windows involved are counted inclusively, when the heck would I want my Use Year MONTH to be? Feb? Mar? When?

Gawd, I'm so close to thinkin' I know what I'm doin'.

The rule of thumb is to pick a UY just prior to the period that you vacation the most. We vacation Nov-April so we picked Oct. We have until May 30th to bank our points should we have to cancel a vacation.
