I am extremely flexible with my travel dates. I would want 11 month access to Home resort any time Between September 1 and January 31. What is the best use year month to be able to allow flexibility for these months?

I would recommend an August use year. This allows you to book reservations at the start of your points year. If something happens and you need to cancel the reservation you have the rest of the year until the following July to use them or you can bank then 4 months prior to the expiration of you points. A June use year would also work but not be as good unless you need to walk a reservation for September 1.

Jun, Aug, Sep would work well. Banking deadlines are end of Jan, Mar, Apr, respectively.

Check out this little bit of awesome.

If you don't fall asleep first!

Cheaper than Ambien and free of Ambien’s side effects*.

*side effects may include countless hours wondering what is wrong with a May, Jul, or Nov UY. And why is a Jan UY not a thing? If I had a Jan UY I’d spend my days laughing at all the peasant UYs with their calendar year confusion. December would bear the brunt of it.

Every UY would work to book those dates add every UY has the exact same booking window. The best UY is about have some free "insurance" by having as much time as possible to rebook if you have a last minute cancellation. As mentioned August would be good. September if you really wouldn't ever book before Sept 1st. June UY would also be good.

I bet the no Jan UY has to do with the Jan 31 end dates. Otherwise, Jan UY would get another year to use points. Dec just gets unlucky.
