Use year for OKW for units

We noticed in paperwork for our resale that we are purchasing at OKW that it lists use year in unit 32 and unit 23. What does the units mean in this paperwork. I was under the belief that you could stay in any villa at OKW when booking.

In the case of OKW, the term "unit" refers to an individual building. Your ownership will be described as a % (albiet a very small %) of that specific building. It does not restrict your reservation to that building (and some may never stay in "their" building).

In this case, it sounds like your resale has an add-on in addition to the original contract - thus the two units- but the Use Year should be the same. Use Year has no effect on when you may reserve or which buildings you would get.

Is it a single contract or a master contract plus an add on?
