I have a March Use Year. Can I book a March 2027 vacation and borrow 2028 points at 11 months(April 2026)?

Any trip can be booked using banked points from the UY prior to the trip, points from the UY of the trip and borrowed points to complete the trip from the UY after the reservation.

Since a March 2027 trip is in your 2027 UY, you can borrow 2028 points.

You can. It goes off the UY of the booking. Wanting to book in your 2027 UY next March. It will always be points in that current year, points you banked from the year prior (2026 in this case) and borrowing from the next. (2028 in your case).
