You don't seem to understand, they will be allowed to poop and pee at the bathrooms, I have some cleaning clothes for that (kill 99,9% of germs on toilet seats) Its just they will have a Pull-Ups on so they will be allowed to pee only, (never poop in them anyway) if we are not near a bathroom, I asked the pediatrician about this, and he told me that it is some consequences because my wife died a year ago (killed by a drunk driver accident) Both of my boys wet themselves a lot since that, That is why I will use Pull-Ups and baggy clothes at Disney, so we will have a dream trip, and not a nightmare, sorry my english skills are not the best, so maybe my previous messages where not clear.

Assuming this link will be useful to someone . It's for a product called Drymids, which are protective underwear that looks like regular underwear. With disposable pads, it can be used for daytime or nighttime protection.
The smallest size of Goodnights will fit people 45-65 pounds. The largest size of Pull-Ups says it will fit to 38+ pounds, but would probably fit a slender child who is much larger than that.
Housekeeping in any hotel should be able to provide rubber sheets/mattress protectors on request. They would rather know about a potential problem and protect a mattress than have to replace one.

I'm not buying this change of story. You never said anything about the boys having accidents. You said:

Nothing about accidents just that you didn't want them to use the yucky bathrooms yet they will use those yucky bathrooms now to change their pull-ups.

Doesn't sound like you are having accidents but also wear adult diapers to avoid using public restrooms.



Nice touch adding the car accident and wanting a dream trip though. Your profile says you are 23 years old and your post says your son is 9 years old. Though it is possible you had him when you were 14 years old but it does take away from the believability of your story. And I don't know any 23 year old men (such as yourself) that would willingly wear diapers because of the fear of germs in a public bathroom. Sorry but gullible isn't in my dictionary.

For the accidents of my boys, I was not thinking this could help the message to be understood. I just asked if anyone used diapers or Pull-Ups on Pre-teens (over 5 yrs old) to avoid using the yucky overcrowded restrooms, Now where did you see in this statement that my boys don't have the right to use restrooms, nowhere, I just stated that in a next message to help people understand. And yes I wear Tena underwear to avoid the restrooms not because of accidents, but I never poop in them, I will rather go on the yucky bathrooms for that.

Now I will leave the subject, seems to cause a flame war, that was not my goal here.

I still don't buy that you wear adult diapers so that you don't have to urinate in the bathrooms at Disney. So rather than get germs, you urinate in your Tena underwear so you don't have to go into the yucky bathrooms. Then, afterwards, you do indeed go right into that same yucky bathroom you avoided just so you can change your underwear.

I suspect standing and using a urinal would put you in less contact with germs than sitting on a toilet to "poop" (your word not mine.) If you're really worried, just wear big boy underwear, use the regular bathrooms but wear surgical gloves and mask to avoid the germs. It would be a lot easier than changing your underwear. Or you could wear a catheter.

I guess if you go with underwear, you are going to have to force them to go to the bathroom. There were a couple of times when DD5 got nervous while standing in a ride she wasn't sure about, and we had to take her out of the que to the restrooms.

One was at MGM's The Great Movie Ride. DD5 got out of the line to go potty right when we were about to go on, and the CM's were nice enough to let her back in line and letting people behind us go on through. We made it a point to hit the bathrooms whenever we walked by them.

Some restrooms at MK were trully disgusting, but there are some ones that are rather pleasant and uncrowded. For example:

MK - Between Plaza Pavillion restaurant in Tommorwland and the ice cream shop on Main Street. There is a smokers area by the pond, and the restrooms are above. Not a lot of people walked by.

MGM - Before "The Animation Ride?" Lilo and Stitch were there for character autographs. It wasn't too crowded at all and close to Playhouse Disney.

As I already said, Cosmic Ray's restroom were filthy due to overuse.

Yes, I found Cosmic Ray's to be rather unclean last time we were there as well. But all the other ones we've been in were spotless! Wonder why they can't keep that one bathroom tidy? Did it get accidently removed from the cleaning schedule?

Well, whatever happens, I hope you enjoy your stay in WDW and not let these difficulties get in the way. This may be just the trip you need for some therapy, and who knows, your boys may not need diapers during the night on your return home. However, I urge you to discuss your bathroom problems with your family doctor, as it does seem a little extreme to most people.

I already talked to a doctor about this, and he wanted me to take some pills, those makes me crazy, so I throwed them right away, was not able to see correctly, (blurring in my eyes, shaking...) To be clear I'm not really affraid of the restrooms anymore, this is because sometimes they are so disgusting, people don't know how to aim correctly, and pee all over the seat, this is what I hate.

Both of my boys like I said earlier are bedwetters, and occasionnaly wet themselve since the tragic accident.

Ever try wiping the seat with some toilet paper -- it doesn't bite - then you can try washing your hands !!!!

I seen so many toilets in my travels and Disneys are in the top 5


Also if the kids need to pee - why you letting pee in the toilet - i mean use the urinals?? 6-9 olds should big enough for the little urinals

At the rate your going the kids will end up being as bad you -- ohh and i do think you have a Fear of toilets.



I think you need to take the pills the doctor gave you and i think they'll help you out big time.

To be honest....this has got to be a wind up! If not, then you certainly owe it to your kids to get them some help and couselling etc if their bladder problems are grief-related. Incidentally, you are probably not setting them a very good example with your own behaviour, and maybe you should consider some medical help....maybe you have a prostate problem if you are unable to control your leakage. If this is not a wind up, or a genuine medical problem, and you actually choose to wear and use incontinence pads at age 36 to avoid using the rest rooms, then I hope I am never standing behind you in a long line in the hot Florida sunshine.......pooh!
