Anyone know, If you are staying at a Disney resort, are you allowed to use the pool at one of the other resorts? I would assume probably not, but I thought I would ask.
Can you use the pool of your own resort on check-out day (after checking out).

Yikes, loaded thread.

You are definitely allowed to use the pool at your hotel the day you check out, but "pool hopping", as it's called, is a very big no-no. The pools are for paying guests of that resort only, unless you're a DVC member.

People do it all the time, and I don't know how strictly enforced it is, however it's better to be safe than sorry and just not swim where you're not staying.

Thanks, that what seemed logical, but wanted to check. It's good to know we can use our hotel pool on check-out day, since we'll be at the parks all that day and need somewhere to take a break (we are heading elsewhere in Orlando next day so our next hotel is not real close to DW).

Some of the Disney hotels share pools. If you are staying at an all-star resort, you can use the pools at the other all stars. If you are staying at PO, you can use the pools at POFQ or POR. Otherwise, pool hopping is not allowed and it is enforced, 'specially at busy times of the year.

You can use the pool on the day of check out. Each pool has a bathroom that can be used to change in after you are done. My sister usually does this with my nieces on check out day since she doesn't like to rush out of the parks mid-day to make a plane.
