Use month question

Getting ready to buy now.As soon as the $ hits $1.75 to the £ we are buying in (250 points).
We would probably be going either Easter or late August,or a least until the kids leave school,what would be our best "Use month"?or does it not matter.We would always book right on 11 months or 7.

Not April, since Easter can occur in March. You want a use year that begins before usual trip up to 7 months before but ideally as close to before as possible so you can bank if you have to cancel. March would be ideal, Feb would also be fine.

Booking at 11 or 7 months has nothing to do with your UY. You get your points every year on your UY and you have 12 months to use them or 8 months to bank them.

I would go with March or April. If you think that after the kids are grown, you might like to travel in the fall and/or the holidays, then I would probably opt for August.

With an August UY, you have until March 31st of the following year to bank your points so any changes or cancellations would be covered in terms of still being a ble to bank current Uy points.
