Use magic band to pay on checkout day?

We are checking out today, and then heading to typhoon lagoon for a few hours before driving home. Can we still use our magic bands to pay for food at typhoon lagoon today or do I need to bring in a credit card? Thanks.

Good question, I thought that once you have checked out that you can not use the MB to charge any more. Love to hear the facts also...

We definitely used ours after checkout, But I think some of that may have to do with how you settle your bill. We just used automatic checkout and everything went on the card we give at check-in. Would probably be different if you settled your bill in cash or something similar at checkout...

We used our bands to pay for something in the All-Star Sports gift shop after check out. The cm in there said it just gets charged to the credit card attached to your account. Very handy.

We always used our KTTW card for charging after checkout for the rest of the day. As said, they just send you a separate charge on your linked credit card for whatever you charged from checkout until midnight.

2) We will make sure your last-day purchases are charged to your credit card.
3) This happens with MANY guests.
4) So, don't worry, and use your room charge privileges freely.
5) OK, so not exactly free.

You can still use your MB to charge until midnight of the day you check-out. So if you want to check out early and head to DTD for last-minute shopping and dining, you can use your MB the entire time and the remaining balance on your account after all of that will be charged later that night.
