use hotel charge card at waterparks?

Hey, I was wondering do the waterpark eateries accept wdw hotel charge cards for meal purchases? I'm trying to avoid having to take any cash into the water parks if I can help it. Will other cart vendors at the other parks take the card or are they cash only? Thanks...........24 more days!! Marilyn

They all take the room card.
It's a little scary, when you can just "charge it"
