Hello All,
I'm new to the forum and have gathered many great tips, Thank you I wish I had found this site a long time ago!!!
My husband and I have started a tradition of bringing each Niece/Nephew to WDW when they turn 6 years old. (My Aunt and Uncle took me at that age to Disney Land and I have many wonderful memories).
We are going w/o children to WDW next week. Since we will be on our own, we decided not to focus too much on the rides and experience different things.
I am looking for answers to a few questions, and suggestions on how to spend an "adult" trip at disney.
Hubby has decided to go golfing. When I made his reservations, they told me to tell the resort when we check in and they would make arrangements for him to take a taxi no charge.
Since he is going golfing, I decided to go to the spa at the Grand Floridian, appt time 8:00 am. They told me to be there 1/2 hour early. I will be staying at Caribbean Beach. No offers were made to me regarding a free taxi. If I remember correctly, the buses don't run from resort to resort. Can I take a Breakfast bus? Should I push the taxi issue?
We are also doing the Backstage Magic tour which starts at MK at 8:30 am (be there 1/2 hour early-8:00 am). Will the resort bus get us there in time? If not, what should we do?
We are arriving at Disney in the evening and will be having dinner at House of Blues, how much time should we allow for the bus ride from Caribbean Beach? We are also hoping to catch the 10:30 pm or 12:00 am comedy show at PI. Is it correct that the last buses for the resorts leave DD/PI at 2:00 am?
I can't wait for next week!!!
