It's for the Brits and Europeans (US and Canadian residents are not eligible to use). My aunt and uncle used it in April, they live in the UK. Price includes LDW/CDW and a fairly hefty deposit is required at the time of booking and full payment due 8 weeks out.
I could have saved my in-laws a couple hundred dollars by booking them directly on the Alamo website but they had already put down a non refundable deposit
Rates are reasonable but not the best, but considering included LDW/CDW could be decent if you need the insurance.

It's an agency, so you can be sure they are making some money on any reservations booked through the site and all reservations are pre-paid.
Personally, I'd look elsewhere and try booking directly with the rental company

Yes you are correct ....... and as a European I use this co. or another co.

When We arrive in USA , U K , or mainland Europe we always have a Pre Paid Voucher.

Why ........ It is nearly always Cheaper than going direct to car hire Co.

We have to have Car Insurance ... We are NOT allowed to use our Irish car Insurance Co.

UK car owners have the same restrictions .

You arrive in Say ... Orlando . You have your Reservation & Pre Paid Voucher so NO HARD SELL

at Car Rental Co... be it Dollar , Budget , or other Co. .. No holding Up Q while sorting Credit Card or

Insurance etc.

The same would apply to a USA person renting a car in Europe .
