USAir FF Miles ?

Can I book a flight for someone else on USAir using my FF miles or does the ticket have to be for me?

I booked a flight for my wife back in August using my FF miles. It appeared to me that the flight could be for anyone else. Be aware that US Air is changing the number of miles needed for free travel, and if I recall it is going into effect any day now.

I just want to get rid of them to be honest! I am 6k away from 1 25k mile ticket and 1k away from another.

The amount of miles it takes to get a RT ticket is amazing! They should just do away with the program all together. Another reason that my choice to fly with Airtran was a good one!
