USAir...am I panicking

After the tragedies of September 11th, and President Bush said to "do what you can for the economy," I bought our tickets from Philly to Orlando for June 2002 online. I thought, hey I can infuse a little capital for the airlines by buying my tickets early. Now I hear USair may go under...what then?

Does anyone out there have info about USAir's solvency through June? If they do go under, what are my options? Thanks for any and all help...

Some airlines have been operating in bankrupcy for years, USAir hasn't even filed yet. I live in Pittsburgh and they are our biggest employer and if going under by next summer was a possibility, it would be all over the news. Nothing like that has been suggested. Don't worry!

Also, if you bought them with a credit card your card company will help you out. I wouldn't worry too much. There's no telling what could happen to any airline between now and then.
