Nope.

You can edit comments, but nothing else. You can message the mods/admin and they can help further though.

The best thing to do is to report your post and a moderator or webmaster will take care of it for you.

You can simply return to that post/comment and 'edit' what is there, which effectively does the same thing.

Say you did a cut/paste of the wrong info, you can just delete that text and type "... sorry wrong post" in its place.
