If you have flown them, please tell me your experiences. We are thinking about flying with them out of PHL in April and I don't know much about the company. Are their flights on time, do they cancel flights (not due to weather) like I am reading about Air Tran, are the planes in good shape, etc.

Never flown them, but you can get better rates out of PHL with Airtran or Southwest.

We're going to Cancun, not WDW (I know, can you believe it?). I posted here because I know I have seen USA300 posts before.

I've known some people that have flown them in the past to Fla, but not to cancun.

Well I had tickets but never actually got to fly with them. We purchased tickets for a nonstop Newark to Orlando. About a month before the flight they changed it to a 1 hour stop in Tampa both ways. Had it just been myself and DH I would have taken the flight but I had my 3 yr old niece with me. Decided it would be too long on the plane for her, USA3000 was very nice and gave me vouchers. Only problem was 2 months later they stopped flying out of Newark. And the few very few places they did fly out of the other area airports was not where we wanted to go. They were wasted tickets.

My wife an daughter flew from Newark to St. Petersburg, FL and back in Feb.

They had a great experience and they flew out of Newark with a 1.5 hour delay on the day that Jet Blue stranded all those people on the plane(s) in LaGuardia.

I wouldn't hesitate to fly them.
