If you are not sure, then if you describe what your after, then lots of others will give you their view.

A map of all the villa developments is below, Calabay Parc is particularly nice and is on the US27 - personally prefer a Kissimmee location as some of the US27 villa developments can be further away from the attractions.

We use a private owner for the villa which is at clermont on the US27.
The villa is in a gated commuity and have used this one twice and will be using the same one for next year. Can pass on the details of this owner if you are intrested.

We found this villa on vr360 and have booked it for Sept'08. We've stayed at Hampton Lakes off the US27 before and were specificaly looking for a villa there again for next year.
