Hi guys,

I was just wondering where I should ring to find out our US Disney Reservation Number?

We booked through Disney.co.uk and have our UK reservation no. but would like the US one for when we book our ADRs in a couple of weeks.

Thanks
Milia

I got ours by calling the UK line. The CM first said he didn't have access to it, but when I asked if he could contact guest services, he was able to get it for me. He did mention that they usually don't give out this information and that they made an exception. Prepare to be on the line for quite some time, though! It took more than 20 minutes to sort it out.

I'm booked with VH and asked for mine when I actually made the ADRs. It was quite easy to make the ADRs without it but I feel happier knowing that I have it if needed in future.

I made my adrs yesterday. although the CM couldnt find my booking using the UK ref number when I gave my surname and resort checking in date she was able to find my reservation in less than 1 minute. It was quite painless

Thats how it should be but but last week it was taking a long time for them to find our reservations. 20 minutes for me before we could start with ADR's. Also once she had found it I have to give all my details like address, phone #, post code etc. Would have been 10 times easier if I had my US res # before I rang. Threre is a thread (or 2) last weekend about all the hassles.

I just called the UK booking line to get my US number. As soon as I explined what I wanted she put me on hold for less than a minute whilst she contacted guest services to get the number. The whole call lasted less than 5 minutes (I had a few other things to ask about too so it would have been quicker.)

I made my booking this week with Disney UK and I asked the lady I spoke to about this. She told me that I could ring their number and they would put me through to make the ADR's and that she has done this with another lady and stayed on line also the entire time in case there were any problems.

She said all you should need is your surname and arrival date when we told them that we were UK guests and they should be able to make the ADR'S from that.

It seems from other threads/post that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing as different staff have a different tale to tell each time:confused3

i called uk disney a few days ago to sort out a problem with a price increase suddenly appearing on my booking (all sorted now). while i was on the phone, i asked for the US reservation number and explained how 'a friend' had trouble booking adr's because they (Disney dining in US) didn't recognise the uk number. she would/could not give it to me, and assured me that disney dining would be able to find it when i call.
with the new online system due to preview very soon, i am wondering if thats going to be yet another hassle for uk guests, if the system doesn't recognise the UK res numbers, as we will need a hotel res number to unlock our +10 days.

I rang to make ADRs and had to give all the details - name, address, phone number, resort, arrival date etc as I only had my UK reservation number. I asked for my US reservation number which I got with no problems so it should be quicker next time. Why don't they have just one number to start with, I wonder?

Does anyone know when Disney dining know what your US number is?? I don't think my travel agent will know it, and would love to ring the day before my 90 days and ask the cm for it instead of wasting time on the day.

Or even now if they know it! lol Put my my mind at ease.

Thanks for the info guys. I'm on the phone to Disney Dining now trying to get my US reservation number. I'm glad I'm doing this in advance- they don't seem to be able to find us on the system! 10 minutes and counting but at least I get to listen to High School Musical whilst I wait. :cool1:

Roll on May 30th when I can actually make my ADRs.

When I called last night the CM I spoke with told me he didn't need the number just our surname, postcode and full address for the "the new system" that they have in place. I managed to book my ADR's and get ref numbers so hopefully fingers crossed the CM was able to book them.
