Us Rentacar Is It Good?

I've seen a few comments about US Rentacar but not sure who or what they are.

I did a quote and they do come out cheaper but what sort of business are they? If you do a booking would it still be with Dollar or whichever company you go with?

Are they a broker? Are there any issues with using them?

I don't understand

Can you help me please?

Weve booked with them and customer service seem very good, we did fast track on the net and need to pick up the car from avis!
They have answered my e-mail very promptly which I always thing is a good start!!

We are using them next year, you can still rent Dollar rental cars through them but they work out a bit cheaper.

there a middle man ie broker.have used loads of times.use them because the cheaper than direct

as Paul has said they are the middle man so are cheaper, same as getting wdw tickets if you buy direct from wdw they are dearer than buying from a firm that buys in bulk, this obviously applies to alot of things..!

we used them from 28th aug to 11 sep and had no problems, quicker quese than the VH dollar queue and we requested an intemediate 4x4 and got a 7 seater, the car was great. we will be using them again next year

We used them last year because of price and they were fine. Once you have booked the service from Dollar, Alamo whoever is the same as if you have booked direct i.e. if theres a queue you still stand in line but it is definitely no worse and you will have saved a few quid in the process.

Yes but also check out the other companies they sell. Last month I used Budget with fasttrack, just as good as Dollar with Express but £90 cheaper.

If its definitely Dollar you want to use also check airnet.co.uk used them for years and some models are cheaper than USrentacar, for eg our next rental a s type jag is about £300 with Airnet but about £600 with USrentacar.

The main reason for sticking with Dollar was the 'express' element.....

I guess I need to do a bit more homework and perhaps a good starting point would be deciding which car we actually want

Yes decide which car first then look at the websites and compare, Best for us last month was Budget thru USrentacar as they do a lot of free upgrades, then used this link to register my rental, then you can bypass the regular line and go direct to the Kiosk in the parking lot. Last twice I have used Express with Dollar its been great but hassle from regular line for pushing in. At Easter one lady shouting ontop of her voice saying it wasn't fair, she had been there over a hour waiting, Dollars response was you can register online free like everyone else. Now that is a top tip Wayne I'll definitely check out Budget for my next trip as although I'm registered for Express with Dollar, must admit that I would feel really cheeky going to front of line.
