We'll be coming to Orlando 6/22-6/28 and plan on doing 1 day at either US or IOA. There are 2 adults, 2 young adults (18 & 22) and our 4 yo grandson.

If you had to choice just one - which one - geared toward our grandson.

I noticed on another thread about a 1 day/2park pass - that would cost like $18.00 more - is this worth it? AND - can you actually enjoy either park if you only have like 5 hours each?

I've never been to either in Florida - only US in California.

My 4yo was able to do everything at Universal Studios and many things at IoA. It's a tough choice. How tall is the 4yo? There are more shows at the studios. Do you all like thrill rides? If so, I'd either get the combo ticket or just go to IoA. Is there any way you can spend one more day at Universal?

T&B

My 4 year old was able to do everything at Universal Studios as well, but in IOA, she only wanted to do the "Suess Landing" stuff and she rode the Unicorn rollercoaster (I think that is the name?), but she could do many other things there, just chose not to :)

Have a great time! :)

My 3 year old going on 4 in a couple of weeks loved both parks. He is big for his age, but he really got to do alot in both parks. If it were up to him, he would even ride the Hulk, but there is no way.....

When we went in Aug. my DS was 3, and he much preferred US.... he loves everything NICKELODEON......... so, he loved that area, ( we got to be on slimetime and he loved it). He really loves the Shrek movie too, so he loved that. We also had him watch E. T. a couple of times before the trip, so he enjoyed that as well. He LOVED Jimmy Neutron........ we rode that till, well lets just say........ I"M not riding it for a LOOOOOONG time!!! LOL, I'd say from our experience....... go to US. I think there is a lot more for him to do. There is also a water play area, barney, woody woodpecker, animal planet........ the only things I'd stay away from are BTTF, Twister, and maybe Earthquake, my son rode it, but didn't really care for it. He really didn't like twister, it scared him, and he didn't do BTTF at all. He won't be able to ride MIB....... at least my son was too little, so we did the childswap.

He also loved the horror makeup show.......... it's not scary!!! and he was part of the show......... which was really funny!!

Have a great time!!!!!!!!
