US or IOA for 4 and 7yr old?

If you only had one day in either park and you had your two children with you which park would you choose and why?

I would buy the two park/one day ticket if I were you, but if I only had one park, it would be......gosh I'm torn too! They are both great parks!

But I guess, IOA. IOA has great water rides, Seuss Landing an is themed so well.

If possible, I would buy the 2 park pass too, but if I had to choose one I guess it would be Universal for the kids. Its has woody's coaster, Jimmy Nuetron, Fievels playland, Barney, etc.
BUT, if your four year old makes the height requirements and likes more thrilling rides, then at IOA you have Spiderman, Jurassic park, Suess landing, Popeye, etc, but I don't know if a four year old would make the height restictions.
