US Navy here, chiming in. DH is active duty and in the middle of work-ups. He deloys in January and will miss our new daughter's first birthday. To all those out there who have already been through it, thank you for your sacrifice and dedication.

Former Navy here...served during the first Pursian Gulf War. I was stationed on board the USS Dubuque LPD 8. I support all of our military and its family members.

My brother & SIL are both active NAVY. In fact my brother came home THIS MORNING from a 6 month deployment in the gulf. My thoughts & prayers to everyone in every branch of the services serving & protecting our country!
