Is there any forums for best days to go or days of the week to avoid @ US/IOA? I'm thinking of going over labor day spending 2 nights 3 days @ Universal (RPH) and 3 nights @ WDW.

Labor Day weekend will be busy but if you're staying onsite you will get unlimited Express access which will help with the lines. If not...going during the week is best to keep the lines short.
