US/IOA-which days?

Which are likely to be the best days to visit these Parks at the end of August?
Am thinking maybe US on a Wednesday and IOA on a Sunday.
Any thoughts, please?

Sundays and Mondays are good days at the parks. Saturdays are particularly busy.

It's a toss-up. Either day should be fine, although Mondays may be a bit slower.
