US/IOA hours?

where can I find the hours of operation for US/IOA? Also....is the meal deal really a deal? Or would we be better off just paying as we go? And can the meal deal be added at check in? Thanks!!!

I think the movie and meal deal is a good deal, but the menu is limited. The plus is that the drink, meal and gratuity are included with it.
I'm not sure on the meal deal, because I know my family doesn't stay in the parks all day and we don't eat much while we are there, so it wouldn't be a good value to us. I couldn't see eating alot over and over again in the same day that I am riding roller coasters. If the drink was included I would probably think it was a better deal.
