Hello!

I was wondering if someone could help me? We will be visiting Disney for a long weekend 1/21-1/24. My son, 18, has never been to US/IOA and would like to spend a day there. It would need to be this Friday, 1/22. I have read on these boards that I should not purchase the Express tickets until we get there and see how long the lines are. I was wondering if there is a park touring strategy to see both parks in one day. Has anyone seen one somewhere on line that I could print out? We are interested in taking a look at both parks and realize that we will not be able to see and do eveything. I know that there are several for Disney. I apologize if this question has been asked, I have never done any research on US/IOA and thought all of you might be able to help me.

Thanks again,
Gretta

I think your best bet is to check out the website first and see what you are really interested in seeing. Most people don't have touring plans because of the close proximity of the two parks and you shouldn't have too much trouble with lines as January isn't particularly busy. See website below:

It would help if you at least knew which park he wanted to start at first. I wouldn't even think about Express Passes until you see what the crowds are like. If it's the afternoon, it's crowded and you are just strolling into your 2nd park then you can get one. You should get to see at least 1 park with no problem.

You could get Kelly Monaghan's book about Universal. There are a lot of helpful hints in there.

Kelly has'nt posted here in awhile!!To see both parks youre gonna have to comando style it.Do remember to utilize the single riders line. You will be split up but get on the ride alot faster..
