US/IOA experts Help!!

Which characters at each park are available to meet and greet guests? I would love any help from ya'll!! Thank-you.

Depends on the schedule, but generally at universal the rugrats wander around, and I know Shrek and Princess Fiona were available for photos last time i went. Didn't see many others apart from Woody Woodpecker. Can't say I saw any in IOA.

Dora-- at the front gate and near the Jimmy Neutron ride
Scooby Doo & Shaggy---KidZone
Shrek, Fiona and Donkey---between Shek theater and Monster Cafe
Doc Brown-- on his bike around the park
Marylin Monroe---By Lucy tribute and sometimes by Shwab
Lucy and Desi---same as Marilyn
Barney---by Barney show
Fievel---Fievel's playgound in KidZone
Mummy characters---in front of Mummy
Zorro--different areas around the park
Madagascar characters-- various areas but usually near KidZone or Hollywood

IOA:

Spider-Man--across from Spiderman ride and in Alterniverse store across the street from Spiderman store
Captain America---across the street from Spiderman store
Merlin--Lost Continent near Dueling dragons
Cat in the Hat--Suess Landing
Thing 1 & Thing 2--Suess landing
The Grinch--Suess landing and in the Grinch Lair at Christmas
Other assorted Suess characters--Suess Landing

You won't have problems seeing characters as they are everywhere. Marvel Super Hero Parade is almost hourly at IOA.

Definately get your pictures with teh Grinch. Everytime I've been there he was there and he completely messes with the people getting their pictures taken with him.

though not technically characters, the cast of the Sinbad show also roams the lost continent in IOA. Kabob passes out gold coins to the kids.
