I am going to Universal from Monday August 7 - Friday August 11. Considering Georgia and Florida Schools start back that week and we will be their on week days and not the weekend, how are my wait times going to look without onsite room cards or universal express???

That used to be our annual vacation week - right after swim team and right before football started. The beginning of the week was always very crowded, but started tapering off by the end of the week. Although the Florida kids are back in school, August is also the prime vacation month for many Europeans. Also, many of the schools around the country don't go back until the end of August or after Labor day, so there were quite a few families there.

We changed our travel dates, so haven't been in August since 2004, so demographics may have changed since then.

I think that might fall within the time you can get APH discounted rooms for $129. FYI. Some south FL schools don't go back until Aug 16.
