We've heard all about the Disney Christmas activities and were wondering if the Universal parks do anything special for the holidays. Any special parades, shows, decorations, characters...?

Thanks!

There's Grinchmas with the Grinch and other Dr. Suess Characters at Suess Landing in IOA. Universal also has the Macy's Christmas Parade.

There are also holiday versions of the Extreme Ghostbusters, and Blues Brothers Shows. :) Both are EXCELLENT, BTW!!!

Universal and IOA are excellent at Christmas time.

The royal pacific had a special holiday luau when we were staying there also. Don't know if the other resorts had anything.

Enjoy!

We will be in Orlando and visiting US on December 2, 2004 :)
Will Christmas decorations be up at US and Christmas activities in full swing? Does US offer a Christmas Party with "hard tickets" like WDW? Thanks.

Yes. Holiday decor and events will be going on in early December. They usually start the day after Thanksgiving. However, Macy's Holiday Parade usually starts mid-December (if I remember correctly), but holiday versions of the shows I mentioned before, as well as Grinchmas, will be in full swing!
