US Airways online flight check in

I have never used the online check in for a US Airways flight. I usually check in using the kiosks at the airport. If you check in from home online and print your boarding passes, how do you check your bags? Thanks.

I used online check-in in April for USAirways and then curbside checked the bags. I wanted to get the bonus miles (1,000 first time, 100 each time after). You could also check your bags at the kiosk or the counter.

Thanks, DebbieB. That's the reason I am asking. 1000 miles for checking in online? It's a no brainer! We have four in our party and all are Dividend Miles members. They should all get the 1000 mile bonus. They did when US Airways first introduced the Kiosks. Just wasn't sure where to check bags after using the online check-in once I arrived at the airport. Thanks.

Online check-in is great. You can also change your seats with this. The emergency aisle seats are available by doing this and they are much roomier on some of the planes.

I have a question... I signed my entire family up for dividend miles and then booked our flights online. Our accounts show a -0- balance for bonus points. We have yet to take the flights and do so in 4 weeks. Do points not show up until after you fly?

Can I print boarding passes for everyone in my family?

Two of the tickets were purchased through a VISA travel agent. Can I do online check-in with those tickets as well?

The bonus miles do not show up until after you fly.

You can print boarding passes for everyone on your reservation.

You should be able to print boarding passes for a reservation through a travel agent. I flew on business last week, we book through American Express Travel and I was able to print boarding passes.
