trying this am for my adr's and website not working w phone laptop or pc... anyone else having same issue?

wont even pull up my reservations.

really making me mad now because everything will be gone.

called but wait times are over an hr... guess ill be calling in sick.

same here. worse yet, i'm trying to make reservations for a friend's family since she's currently on a cruise and can't. i can work around my own dining reservations, but for someone else... i don't want to mess them up!
but at least if everyone's having trouble, then all the reservations won't really be going anywhere for a while.

never fails on my adr day !!! odds are ill be dumping the deluxe dining by the looks of things. I'm paying for party of 7. if I cant get anything decent might as well pay out of pocket.

I called 2 min after they opened said it was a 60 minute wait but CM picked up after 18 minutes. I was making FP and he made them all for me. So call and stay on hold and keep refreshing at the same time. The CM said they are working on it and it may be an hour or two.

I've had my ADRs for several weeks. I can log onto my MDE account this morning, but I can't access any of my existing ADRs.

I've been trying to change a couple of times and number of guests and check every morning, but today it says I don't have any ADRs.

cant even put cc info in my account page........ my hotel ressies don't evn show up. only thing I can see is my tix.. cant evn see my memory maker acct. so its definitely a website problem...

Disney gonna have a long day as I am.

Have you tried using the MDE App? Sometimes it works more smoothly than the website for me.

The website is working fine now, as well as MDE app on both my iPhone and iPad.

I had no trouble accessing or making reservations just now via the website.

i finally got the website to work about 10 minutes ago to make some dining reservations- though both the website and the app weren't working for me all morning.

got on finally. pretty much got everything I wanted except the biggies. BOG or CRT or Ohanas(but did get a breakfast at Ohana).

ADR for 7 !!!!

most of ours are buffets at deluxe resorts for the xmas decorations and ease of feeding 3 lil ones. and most all are character meals. even got 1900 park fare and Tusker and CM and...

also got Le Cellier and Boma And Crystal palace and Plaza..still have credits left to burn for QS and snacks. heck yes.

the one thing I did notice is that you cant make a reservation in MK for times after 5 during the xmas party nights. nothing .... that's kinda a bummer

very very pleased. I'm sure with it locked up this am it prob helped my odds.

Oh my! I'll be up at 3am PST tomorrow to make our ADRs. I can just imagine how frustrated everyone was. Glad it finally got fixed. I've been concerned reading about some folks not being able to get the ADRs they wanted. I think the most challenging one we will have is dinner at Ohana. Guess I'll see soon enough.

It's still not fixed for me. I tried both the app and website. I was up at 6am yesterday for my 180 days and couldn't get everything I wanted. So upsetting. Today still having issues.

I was up at 3am only to wait around until 4am when the phones opened up to make my ADR's. Website was not working at all.
I was unable to get biergarten, ohanas for dinner (but did get breakfast) or BOG.

Thank goodness, I managed to get all our ADRs. Had to shuffle days, but I think it will all work out okay.
