Urgent! Wedding Bulletins/Programs

Hi All,

I tried doing a search on the forum for a post with these, but I couldn't find one. Has anyone out there ever printed their own? DF and I are printing our own and being the wonderful procastinators we are, have not yet printed them. I am desperately seeking a template or at least someone else's to look off of so I can type them up. We bought the adorable paper for them, but I have had no luck finding anything. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE PM me or post one here if anyone still has one so I can use one as a template.

That site will help you customize your program with information that is appropriate for your type of ceremony. It is a very useful guide to writing your own. If you need any other help let me know what I can do for you.

Mary, I so miss your Trip Report That was one of my favorite reports i ever read!!!! I was seriously glued to the computer every night to read the next installment!!! It is nice to see you back on the boards, I havnt seen you lately!!!

Thanks, Belle! I missed posting here! grad school has been kicking my butt and taking up all my free time the past few months! I finally decided to cut out a few other activities in my life and make more time to de-stress! That and I attended a friend's disney wedding a month ago and it made me all nostalgic for mine lol! Thanks again

Mary, I loved reading your trip report many months ago. You pictures actually made me want to get married in Italy (Epcot's Italy that is). We are hoping for something there next year. Italy for the ceremony, ADH for the reception and then an Illuminations desert party. Anyway, I just love your little Mickey and Minnie drawn characters. I received some sample wedding invites from Fairytalewedding.com and we love these invitations. My question to you is how did you get these same drawnings on your program? If we go with these invitations I would love to add these characters to our programs and other wedding related things.

I did my layout in Illustrator, but you can do it it Word using columns...

how many pages are you having, and are you putting them together? We were assembling our programs the night before the wedding!

We bought the invitations with the cartoon on them from an online company, and then I scanned the invitations, cleaned up the cartoon picture a bit in photoshop, and then just saved it as a jpeg where I could paste into any program I was using. (I hope there aren't any copyright laws I am breaking there! I don't think so since i wasn't putting it on anything that i was making money off of... but anyway..) I will try finding them on my home computer when I get home and sending them to you (Linda) and hapillyeverafter07 in a PM. I loved using this cartoon, I used it throughout our wedding (on favors, on the program, etc.).

p.s. Linda, Your wedding sounds like it will be gorgeous! I think the isola is a great location (especially when there is no construction being done on the bridge!), you will love it!! PM if you have any questions about getting marreid there or anything else i can help you with!

Thanks so much for your prompt answer. I just love this drawing of Mickey and Minnie. It looks so much like an "old time" drawing. I am planning on my colors being red so the drawing will go great. Thanks you for offering to send the image. I am looking forward to receiving it and playing with using it. I am sure you are not breaking any copyright laws (I will not tell).

We were down in WDW last April from April 14 to April 22. We were in Epcot on April 18 doing the Segway tour and noticed all the construction in Italy around the bridge. I was checking out the boards before going down to see if anyone was getting married while we were down there and noticed your date and was actually thinking of you when I saw the construction. You would never know there was any construction going on from your photos. They are just beautiful. I love your group shot and the one of you and your husband on the bridge.

Let's see if these work in case anyone else would like to use them... (just right click and "save as" jpeg's). They're not that big, but I didn't encounter any pixelation problems in anything I used, so they should be fine.
