Urgent RO question

I can't be on hold forever again. This am when I called beach cub rooms were not available. Checking online right now they are currently. Can I book online and switch all payments made on my other reservation to the new one instead of waiting for a refund??? Thanks for any help!

I think you'll have to wait for a refund. That's what I was told by a CM a few days ago when I was thinking about changing to a RO from a package. She said she couldn't move the payments I already made to a new package.

Yep. Room onlys and packages are on two separate reservation systems. That is why the money cannot be transferred.

OP, you would have to get a refund which can take up to two billing cycles, but it doesn't usually take that long. Also, if you have made any payments via gift card, you will need to have those gift cards in order to get the refund.
