Urgent Question!

I really hope this is the right place to put this, if it is not I apologize, just let me know where I should move this.

It's the eve of our trip and we've are currently having a mini crisis! We intended to use Disney's magical express, and they sent us three beautiful luggage tags months in advance. But tonight we have realized that we have four luggages and only three tags.

Do we just have to pick up our fourth bag? Or do we have to print out another luggage tag? Has anyone had this problem before and is willing to offer a solution?

Once again I apologize if this is the wrong place for a thread like this. Any help that comes our way would greatly be appreciated!

This happened to me one time . . . I copied one of the tags and taped it to the bag like a hangtag so it could be scanned and read, and highlighted the paper so the yellow was similar to the luggage tags they send to make it very visible. When you check the bag, be sure you hang on to the claim tickets and if you deliver it to a cast member at the Magical Express counter, they should be able to retrieve the bag for you. Alternatively, you could just retrieve the bag yourself before heading to DME.

We have gone without any tags at all. And disney still managed to get our luggage. If they have your names and flight info, all your bags will arrive. Just inform the skycab at the airport, occasionally they have the tags.
Fear not! Magical express will handle everything enjoy your vacation!!!

On the transportation forum there's a sticky thread about this.

Oh wait. You said beautiful tags. Did those come in a box with magicbands? Are they hard plastic with characters in them? If they are the hard plastic withcharacters in them those are not the tags for magical express.

If you mean the bright yellow sticky tags, those are for dme.

Either way, in the sticky thread it tells you that if you don't have tags (or enough) and if you land in the timeframe for dme to get your luggage for you, just go to the dme people and give them the airline luggage receipt for the bag(s) you didn't have the dme tags for. They will then go to the carousel and put them on the vehicle to be delivered later.

THey are pretty sweet, aren't they?

I needed extra tags so I used my color printer on photo paper. That worked beautifully, and I did nto need to worry about the paper getting wet.
