Urgent - Help please re: booking contact phone number?!!

Well, ok, might not be *that* urgent but it is urgent in my books lol. Am trying to call DLP up to make our hotel booking with HNY but when I dial their number (08705 03 03 03), it tells me that the phone number hasn't been recognised??! Has it changed? I got that number from their website.

I've just booked our train tickets - yayyyyy !!!! But am very annoyed now coz I just want to make that hotel booking to complete it lol.

Help... please... anyone... :confused3 :) Thank you!

They work till 4.45pm on Sunday!

Ema - they gave me a price of £30 for the Disney Express service. Did you have to pay that? I haven't booked that yet. Is that basically so that you can just drop/pick-up your luggage at the train station? Did they just start charging for this service? I'm sure we didn't have to pay for that 'luxury' back in 2006? lol.

Yes, they do charge for the Express service. I think they always did... Can't remember how much we paid last time but we did... You can always add that to your booking. I think I will because the train times have changed for Dec and would be great to not have to go to the hotel first. And it's much easier on the way back...

I was really happy when they said the train going out is at 9.53 instead of the current time - at least we don't have to wake up too early! lol. If only they changed it to the 'old' time coming back though - we'll arrive home at about 11 pm at the earliest ! :eek:
 
I wonder why they changed the times of the train as mine leaves Ashford at 10.37 ish, i was like OH when they told me. I'll be at the station before check in most probably which is usually 7.30am as my dad has to go work.

Ashford International is the most boring train station EVER lol.

Not funny really considering it's one of the biggest tourist destinations in England.
