Urgent help need Please read!

I posted this in another thread but it was suggested that more late night people frequent this board and that you might be able to help

HELP ME PLEASE!!!! urgent advice needed
My sister left to drive to Orlando and she forgot her not so scary halloween passes at home for the 28'th, She had bought them off ebay so they won't be able to trace a credit card or anything but I was hoping someone coud tell me how to fax the passes or how to get customer relations to let her in, The passes were the only day she was going to get to take her children to Disney
Normally she would just buy new ones but her husband left her with two kids and no finacial support and the only reason she took the children now even though money is very tight is because their aunt died of breast cancer on the 15'th and she wanted to experience one night of fun

please if you have any info on how to fax the pass info on how to contact guest relations at the park, or any other advice, anything would be appeciated


I can not fedex them to her because it is for tonigth's *28'th* event

Copy the back of the passes (the side with the magnetic strip and code numbers) and fax them to her at her resort. She should take that sheet to guest services, where they can re-issue her passes.

fed ex, and some airlines have same day service.

Fax a copy of the BACK of the passes with the magnetic strip & numbers - Guest Services should be able to reissue them.

This story has a happy ending !!!

I called ticket sales this morning and after 23 minutes on hold got to talk to an operator and explained the situation, and she said all that was needed was the reservation number, but to be on the safe side I faxed my sister the backs of the tickets and the resevation number plus the little words that are under the tickets that also have the ticket number and she was able to go to guest relations and after a few nervous minutes when the cast members whispered to each other, they did reissue them , and my sister and her children are enjoying their much needed night in the park,
