It's a long story, but I bought a new monitor for my car on ebay (it was time to upgrade), the first one that came was defective. I contacted seller, and as told I shipped it back. Four days after receiving the defective monitor, they shipped me a replacement but they didn't include the connecting cable that comes with it. Again I sent an email, after 48 hours and no response I reverse searched their phone number and called, where they told me they would see which cable I needed and get it right out (I asked that they notify me when it was shipped), three days later after not hearing anything I called again and they agreed to second day mail the cable to me, which they did. After hooking up the monitor it once again didn't work. They agreed to refund my money saying that there must be some interferance with my system. Now it's been 3 days since FedEx returned the 2nd monitor, I sent an email asking when I could expect my refund and that I would leave positive feedback afterwards because they have agreed to give me a refund although they say on their listing "no cash refunds". I haven't gotten any response, and I can't get them on the phone, tomorrow is 30 days since the auctions end and payment (July 21 to August 21st). I paid via PayPal. What do I do? Just wait it out? I have never had this happen before and I love Ebay. Thanks.
