Urgent DP help needed!

Ive just held my Disney wedding!!! Yipee, But I have a really important question that I forgot to ask! I want to have a DP and would like to have something a bit more than the basic menu offered and in all my excitement I forgot to ask what the other menus included. Does anyone know where I can find out this information??? It is only urgent as if I can get a really nice food choice I would want to change my ceremony time. Thanks a million!!!

You can select from a number of different dessert menus, and you can add some hot and cold buffet items - your planner can work with you on that.

Thank you lurkyloo, do you by any chance know if you can add alchol to any of the dessert parties i.e wines and spirits and if there is other party choices where they will arrange hot savory snacks?

I'm not sure about savory snacks but in the list that my coordinator sent me the bottom part says "For a special touch add Cordials or Sparking Wine to your Dessert Event. Inquire about adding Espresso and Cappuccino"

I know you can arrange for snacks and food other than dessert, but there aren't any menus specific to dessert parties. If you look at the regular buffet menus here

you can probably pick and choose items to have at your party. Really, they can do anything, as long as it's OK with the food restrictions at Epcot (certain things can't be done b/c there are no kitchens nearby).
