Urg! Very bad day!!

April, our thoughts and prayers are with you as well. May I ask the dates of your trip as I may have a few other suggestions for you to help you make it work out? You can email or PM me privately if you prefer.

April, I hope when this trip does come, it totally exceeds your expectations. You are so filled with grace, I'm just very humbled. Take care.

Hi Friends,

I just wanted to say that things are starting to settle down here and life is hopefully going back to normal.

First my life and what I get to do is more settle. I can't take the job offer and will be staying home and working with Hunter's ABA program. I have had so many problems with the help. That being they are High School girls and I end up baby sitting them. However, since Emily is quitting and we down a person, I feel we can pull our team together since there is less to the team.

Our consultant has quit because she is pregnant and is not feeling so well. Our team hasn't really used her much as she is expensive and we have learned to write our own programs. I know what Hunter needs to learn and I can keep going to help him get better. For now he is going to learn how to write his name and how to put his ski boots into the skis.

I have a wonderful woman in the midland who has given us points to stay at OKW for three nites and I have another couple who is trying desperately to get us our other nites. The problem is that the availability is at SSR not OKW. We don't really care if we have to move but they have concerns. I think as experienced WDW they know what I don't that moving is disruptive. With Hunter being autistic changing is hard for him. We also have a very sweet couple who will sell us point for $9!

For now I plan to keep my faith. Things are already getting better.

Warm wishes to you, April

I am so happy that things seem to be working out.

April, Glad to see the possibilities starting to work out. Keep the faith always. I wish I could have my daughter talking to you now... she works with autistic kids (teens) everyday. She is so perfect for the job (she is bi-polar) because she understands those with disabilities so well. Though the government doesn't seem to help in your situation much, there are very many individuals that are experienced and willing to help. Just keep explaining your situation and I am sure there a many others that are ready to jump in and help. Truly, I know the feeling of "on your own", but I have found out that there are many people waiting for you to come to them... to simply ask for help. Hard to do I know! Your situation is not normal... it requires the help of others... don't feel bad about that. It takes a village to raise our children. I think Hillary said that... So true.
