Upstairs Dining Room at Wolfgang Puck

Is this restaurant still around? I don't see any recent reviews or discussions of it. I did see there is a menu.
Also, I can't find it on the WDW dining reservations website.

Yes it is still around. It is not on the dining plan. That is likely why you see no discussion or reviews. The Disney website lists it on the same page as the Wolfgang Puck Cafe and it's very vague. But since when is the Disney website all that accurate.
