If I want to UPS a package of folgers coffee and a six pack of 16 or 20 oz bottles of poland spring water, how far in advance of my check in date should I do so, and what information do I need to include on the package?
Does the front desk hold it so that I can just grab it when I check in, or does bell services hold it and I have to wait for it to be delivered to the room? Also, it can go straight to Kidani check in, correct?

Any info would be appreciated.

Shipping time depends on your carrier so check with them. All you need is your name, the resort address, and your check in date on the address label. Bell Services at Kidani will hold the package and notify you when they receive it. At the convention resorts it is handled differently.
