Upset with Cricutmachine dot com

I ordered on the 10th and never got a confirmation email or my package.

I have tried to talk to them a few times a few different ways. I figured out how to check the history. It says it was shipped on the 16th and I found the FEX number and it says it was shipped on the 22nd and I'm to get it on the 27th.

I know I have heard the stories of probems with their CCs and I was wondering if I am the only one on the boards with this problem.

At least yours got shipped! I ordered 3 cartridges from them on the 11th and they still haven't processed my order. I sent them an e-mail and the reply was that they are "overwhelmed".

I did pay by Paypal, so if they don't have their act together soon, I'm contesting the charge both with Paypal and my credit card company (Amex).

The only order I ever placed with them took over 2 weeks to get to me. I got a "shipment notice" almost right away, but the package never left there until over a week later and then it took a week to get to me. Then my card was hacked. Not a good company.

I've only ordered from them once ... not during one of their big sales tho. I had my order in a few days.

From what I gather from other boards:

They had over 17000 orders during the BF sale. They aren't set up to handle that many orders.

FedEx estimates a ship date from when a shipping label is printed. But that doesn't mean your order has been pulled for processing, and it certainly doesn't mean that FedEx has picked up the box and has it in their system, making the estimated delivery date accurate.

I'm glad I followed the advice here and used Paypal. Paypal doesn't give out your credit card #. I will closely monitor my Amex card, though.

I had shipping and order problems with their sister store Die Cut Central, but thankfully no problems with my current order. (Though I only ordered one cart and paid with PayPal.)

Thanks for the reminder about the sister store Jack's Mom. I keep seeing emails and want to order more but I am SO frustrated with CM I went to Walmart and got another one.

All my stuff arrived just fine - no cc problem either (although next time, I will use paypal).

Now, the hard part will be waiting for Christmas (since I told DH I was buying my own Christmas gifts).

My order finally arrived today!

They were not helpful and the only way I was able to get a tracking number was opening a dispute with Paypal. Not sure if I'll order from them again.
