Oceanaire in the Pointe Orlando complex has excellent seafood. DD loves their oysters. The Four Seasons looks like it has some nice food offerings. Hemingway's at the Hyatt Grand Cypress is also very good.
Just a possible word of caution about the Four Seasons.
It's not entirely off-site. Yes, Disney sold off the land, but it's still within the walls of WDW. One of its restaurants, Ravello, is linked to Disney's reservation system.
This only matters if you're looking for a completely Disney-free experience
Ate at the Vegas location of this restaurant. I thought it was overpriced for what it was. Probably wouldn't eat there again.
I'd recommend Columbia in Celebration. Cuban with a Spanish flair, family owned, been in Florida for 100 years. We all liked it. Three eaters with various picky habits and allergies.
Copper Canyon Grill on I-drive (The St Louis style ribs are 5-star).
also I'll second the nomination for Hemmingways inside the hyatt regency grand cypress.
